At England Merch, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
